Terms of Service

Appeal Magic Master Tools — last updated 9 August 2026. By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

Appeal Magic Master Tools helps you diagnose Meta and Facebook account, Page, monetization and payout-related issues using the information Meta's official APIs make available to your authorized account, together with details you provide yourself.

It classifies detected issues, explains what Meta officially allows in each situation, prepares compliant appeal and support information for your review, and submits actions only where Meta officially supports them through its API. Where Meta requires manual review, the service tells you the correct official path instead.

2. Independence from Meta

We are an independent software product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not Meta support and will never contact you claiming to be Meta.

3. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that Meta will approve an appeal, lift a restriction, restore monetization, reverse an enforcement decision, or release a payout. Those decisions belong to Meta alone.

We never claim an issue is resolved unless an official Meta response confirms it, and we never fabricate an approval or a submission result.

4. Your authorization to connect assets

You may only connect Facebook Pages, accounts and business assets that you own or are officially authorized to manage. You must hold the relevant admin or task permission on Meta for each Page you connect.

Unauthorized access to any account, Page or business asset is prohibited. Impersonating another person, a business, or Meta itself is prohibited.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to bypass or attempt to bypass Meta security controls, enforcement decisions, App Review, Business Verification, identity verification, or any review system.

You may not use it to submit false statements, fabricate evidence, scrape private Facebook data, or interact with undocumented or private Meta endpoints.

Accounts that abuse the service or attempt any of the above may be suspended or terminated without refund.

6. Your responsibility for submitted information

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including issue descriptions, uploaded evidence and any appeal text you send to Meta.

AI-assisted drafts are suggestions. You must read and edit every draft before it is submitted anywhere, and you remain solely responsible for its content.

7. Service limitations

Diagnostics are limited to what the permissions you granted actually expose. Some signals — including certain policy strikes, monetization decisions and payout details — are not available through Meta's public API and are clearly labelled as unavailable rather than guessed.

The service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Plan limits such as connected Pages, team members and AI analyses are enforced inside the product and may change with notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time via the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place the service at legal or security risk.
