Payout Recovery & Appeal Center
When a Facebook payout stops, the balance rarely explains why. The Appeal Center works out what family of problem you are in, tells you exactly what to fix, and writes the appeal for you.
What it detects
Payout holds, where a balance exists but Meta is not releasing it; not-payable balances, where earnings accrue but never become eligible; and failed or reversed transfers, where the money left Meta and came back.
Each detection carries a severity, a confidence level and the exact signals it was based on, so you always know why a conclusion was reached rather than being handed a verdict.
An honest limit worth knowing
Meta's Graph API does not publish the reason behind a payout hold, and there is no supported way for any tool to submit a payout appeal on your behalf. Anyone promising automatic appeal submission is not describing something Meta allows.
MetaFix AI works within that boundary: it reads the monetization, page and video data your Page authorizes, combines it with the balance figures you record, and prepares an appeal you send yourself through Meta's own channels in one click.
Fix before you appeal
Most rejected appeals are rejected because an underlying eligibility problem was never resolved. The Appeal Center produces an ordered checklist bound to the signals it actually found — payment details, tax forms, content violations, partner monetization policies — and a readiness meter that tells you when your case is strong enough to send.
Evidence Vault and appeal tracking
Screenshots, balance records, correspondence and policy references live in an Evidence Vault attached to the case, so a follow-up six weeks later does not start from memory.
Every appeal moves through draft, sent, under review, escalated and resolved or rejected. Meta's replies and reference numbers are recorded against the case, and your team is emailed whenever an appeal is logged.
